APPOINTING DORA J. DOME AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to the provisions of
Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination by the Mayor, DORA J.
DOME is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service Human Relations Board
of the City of Alameda for the term commencing January 17, 2006 and expiring on June 30, 2007
and to serve until her successor is appointed and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in the regular meeting of the City
Council on the 17th day of January, 2006, by the following vote to wit:
