granted to the American Dredging Company to ereut and maintain. an overhead pale lino
from a point in Oakland to a dredger to be operated. in the estaary near Government
isle.nd on the terma set forth in that certain letter of the 'Pacific (las and Electric
Company addressed to Mr. A. D. Goldsworthy under date of July 22, 1925, now therefore,

RESOLVED, that the American Drodigning Company be, ands it is hereby authorized
to erect and maintain an overhead pole lira for the transmission of 11,000 volts! of
electricity from a point in tha City of Gakiand to 5 aredger in the 2an Antonio Estuary
rear Government Island. TOT the p111 33 of performing dredging work on said island.
Thi3 peymission. ia hereby granted pursuant to the era-via:ions of Ordinance
Na. 84, New $anaa, of the City of Alameda, for the purpose of supplying electric
energy to be usnd DEI s dredger as aforementioned, and the permiaaion 'hereby granted
shall extend. for a. period of ineo years from end after the date hereof.
