southern lint of lots 6 and. 28 and. northerly of the northern.
line of lots 5 and 20 in. block 6, as said strip, lots and block

Beginning at the intersection of the Western line of
Santa Clara Avenue, as shown. on said. map, with the southern
line of said lot 6a) running thence along the southern lane
