penalties and costs thereon, bn, anG the same are hereby, cancelled, and the AudAtor
and the Tax Collector of the City of Alameda are hereby authnrized and directed to

BE IT FURTHER 19< anything in this resolution to thn contrary not-
withstanding, that this resolution. and order shall not be construed. as caneelling,
or authorizing the cancellation of, any special assessment taxes levied against said
real property by. the City of Alameda eilrsuant to the provisions of Ghe "Acquisition
and imrovement Act of 1925".
