WHEREAS, The Congress 30 the United. States, tRgrough the Public Health
Service, has made certain funds available to the State of California for assisting
in the administration of a Pollomyellths Vaccine Mrggrsm, in which Cities may also
participate; and
VERRMakS, the State of California,. ,21" '3 Department of Public Health,
has submitted a Contract for Administration. of the Molionvelltis Vaecine Program
wherebl the City. of Alameda will receive 32.5 from the State upon compaetion of the
planning and organization of a Pclicmyelieis Vaccino program acceptable to the State,
and a further amount at the rate of 20 cents (20/) per injection of Poliomyelitis
Vaccine administered, tht total payments under said Contract, however, to be limited.
