ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FEST ROOM AND EUIPMENT BUILDING
AT KRUSI PARK, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY
CLFRK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS, Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for the construction
of a Rest Room and Equipment Building at Krusi Park have been prepared, numbered PTV
12-55-24, and filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 20, 1955;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF IRE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as
aforesaid, be, and tho same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FU'RTNER, that the performance and completion of the work speci-
fled in said Specifications and Provisions be, and the same is hereby authorized..
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 1956, for
the furnishing to the City of Aaameda of all labor, materials, equipment, mechanical
workmanship, transportation and services necessary for the work hereinabove referred
to, in accordance with said Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans. Bids must
be presented to the City Clerk, in the City. Hall, in Alameda, California, under
sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Construction of Rest
Room and Equipment Building at Krusi Park", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of the City of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest
and best bid- The right is rosorved to reject any or all bids.
timid Specifications and Plans may be had by any prospective bidder on
making applicatibn for same to the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall,
Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the previsions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and Provisions.

and regillarly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 20th day of December, 1955, by the following vote,
to wit:

NOES: None,
ABSENT: Nene.
