AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COATES, FERFURTH
AND EMI AND, CONSULTING ACTUARIES, °00 SERVICES TO BE
PERFORMED IN CONNECTION WITH CITY,S PARTICIPATION IN
STATE EMPLOYEES, - 34 sYSTFM.
WHEREAS, a form. o' aFrmement to be entered into by and between the City of
Alameda and Coates, 'forth and England, Consulting Actuaries, for their services
in determining the approximate contribution which would be required of the City by
its participation in the State Employees, Retirement System, has been submitted to
this Council and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda this day, and
WHEREAS, this Council. is familiar with. the provisions of said agreement;
NOW THEREFOE, BE IT 03'D 11 THS COUNCIL OF' TETE CITY OF FEALEDA that
said Contrart be entered into, and that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he
is hereby authorized and. directed to execute said Contract on behalf of the City of
Alameda, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.
1, the undersimned, hereby certify that the foremoing Basolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Connell of the City of Alaneda in regular
mooting assembled on the 3rd day of January, 1956, by the following vole, to wit:
