ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM SIDNEY J. DOWLING
AND LILLIAN A. DOWLING, HIS WIFE, IN CERTAIN SEAL
PROPERTY, FOR STORM SEWER, AND CONSENTINC T( THE
RECORDATION THEREOF
WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 5th day of March, 1956, made by
and between Sidney J. Dowling and Lillian A, Dowlin7, his wife, as granters, and
City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, as grantee, was, on cr about said date,
executed. and delivered by sai,3 . grantors to the City of Alameda; and
310 3(i3(, by said indenture, said grantors therein named granted to the
City of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from
time to time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew an under-
ground storm sewer in, through, under and along that certain piece or strip of
land 5 feet In width, situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of 'California, and more particularly described in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on t he 20th day of March, 1956,
accept said converyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said
real property;
NOVI THE.FiEFORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL. 01 THE CITY. OF ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture he, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and to behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to
te attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the
State of California.

in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day. of March, 1956, by the following
