BE IT RESOLVED ay THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that a portion of
subsection 9 of Paragraph 2, Section 2, of hesollztion No. 5134 be amonded to read
as follows:

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the salary payment for 2 Groundsman-Gardeners,
1. Equipment Operator, and 3 Laborers, hereinabove described, shall be made by
warrants drawn on the treasury of the City of Alameda, to be taken out of thp 1955
Municipal Improvement Bond Fund (Golf course Account 702.600).
TV 3), FURTHER, that the provisions of thMs resolution shall supersede
those portions of Resolution No. 5234 and of any other resolution in conflict here-
with, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
