Resolution 05282RESOLUTION NO. 5282 DECLARING CERTAIN DWELLING IN mH142 CITY OT4' 919 99, CALIFORNIA TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE (ARK 77, 9 ) WHEREAS, the building inspector of the City of Alameda has given notice in the manner provided by Section 10-527 of the Alameda Municipal Code, directing the cwner or owners of that certain dwelling herein described to appear before the Council of the City cf Alameda on Shursday, FebruLry 23, 195E, at the hour of 7:30 H. M., and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and removed or razed as provided in the Alameda Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, it appears that said notice was d form and manner provided by said Code, and the matte hearing before this Council at this time, and witnes being given by the Building Inspector, the Health In persons, respecting the condition of said dwelling, being afforded an opportunity to be heard, and said the Council proceeded to a consideration of said mat of the testimony of all witnesses and other evidence uly and regularly given in the r coming on regularly for set being sworn and testimony erector, and other competent and the owner of said building owner being pre2ent in person, ter, and after due consideration presented ih said matter, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND DECLARED, and the Council of the City of Alameda Is in violation of Section 10-526 of the Alameda Municipal Code and is hereby declared to he a public nuisance; and BE IT HPHTTTER. RESOLVED, that the herein described dwelling be, and the same is hereby comdemned as a public nuisance and the owner or owners thereof are hereby prohibited from its further use or occupation for the purpose of e dwelling, said order to become effective thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
