CALIFORNIA TO BE A PUBLIC NUISANCE (ARK 77, 9 )
WHEREAS, the building inspector of the City of Alameda has given notice
in the manner provided by Section 10-527 of the Alameda Municipal Code, directing
the cwner or owners of that certain dwelling herein described to appear before the
Council of the City cf Alameda on Shursday, FebruLry 23, 195E, at the hour of 7:30
H. M., and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public
nuisance and removed or razed as provided in the Alameda Municipal Code; and

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND DECLARED, and the Council of the
City of Alameda Is in violation of Section 10-526 of the Alameda Municipal Code
and is hereby declared to he a public nuisance; and
BE IT HPHTTTER. RESOLVED, that the herein described dwelling be, and the
same is hereby comdemned as a public nuisance and the owner or owners thereof are
hereby prohibited from its further use or occupation for the purpose of e dwelling,
said order to become effective thirty (30) days from the date hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Building Inspector is hereby authorized
