RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 07' ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda Olympia and for the New
Municipal Golf Con' se, No. MS 3-56-5, filed In the office of the City Clerk on
March 20, 1956, be, and the same are hereby approved and adopted-
RESOLVED, J}1 R, that the Council cf the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids: up to the ho ur of R:05 o'clock P. M. on Tuesday, April 3, 1952, for the
1urni5hing to the City of said Olympia Sand, in accordan.c.e with said Specifications
and Provisions. Bibs must be presented to the City Clerk, in the Clty
Alameda, California, under seaaed cover and plalr 11 marked or the outside,
"Proposal for Olympia Sand for the Now Municipal Golf Course", or similar
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice callLng for sealed bids, in accordance alt h the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
