APPOINTING FRANK ANNIBALE CITY ATTORNEY 0? THE CITY
F ALAMEDA AND FIXING SALAHY OF HIS SAID POSITION.
13 IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0? TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that FRANK ANNIBALE
he, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of City Attorney of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary of said City Attorney shall be
that fixed by Range 48 of Salary Besolution Nn. 5104, as amended (in Step 1).
'RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the office and position of City Attorney shall
be a full time employment and the incumbent of said office shall devote his full
time to the performan ce of the duties of said office.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that this resolution shall be in fall fore and
effect as of April 1, 1956.
