'L 9F1 GRANT OR' EASEMENT FROM Cr' H. DUGGAN AND
JANET A. DUGGAN IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY, FOR POWER
AND COMMUNICA1TON LINES, AND CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEREOF (TRACT 12E0, B.F.I.)
WHEREAS, a certain indenrure dated tMe 10th day of April, 1956, made by
and between Lowell H. Duggan and Janet A. Duggan, as grantors, and The City of Ala-
eda, a municipal corporation, and Tha Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, a
corporation, as grantees, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said
grantors to Aiwa City of Alameda: and
WHEREAS, by SRId indenture, said grantors therein named granted to the
said yrantees a permanent casement and right of way to, at any time and from time
to time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew power and communi-
cation lines and equipment in, througR, upon, under and along those certain strion
or parcels of land sltdated in the City of Alameda, County of Alamoda, State of
CalAfornia, and more particularly descrtbed in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the Citp of Alameda did, on the 17th day of Aertl, 1956, aodent
said conveyance and 3303 possession ot the said easement in the satd real pro-
perty;
9,7 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 03 THE CITY OF .1903 91 that
the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution. to be
"3 10033' thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State
of California,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly. introduued and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of April, 1956, by the following vote,
to wit:
