and Provisions filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 2, 1956, No, MS 5-56-10,
fop operating a refreshment concession in the rrstaurant located in the Alameda
Municipal Golf Club House and at the refreshment stand. at the twelfth tee on. the
Municipal Golf Course, in the City of Alameda, California, for the peridd ending
June 30, 1957, be, and the same are hereby. approved and. adopted-
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council. of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o,clock. P. M. 01 Tuesday, May 15, 1956, for the
privilege of operating said refreshment concessidn and refreshment stand, in accord-.
ence with. said Specifications, Bids must, be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City HAD', in Alaveda, California, under sealed cover and. plainly ddrked on the out-
side, "Proposal for Operating Refreshment Cdneessidn at Adnmeda Municinal °cif
Course", or similar designation.
Said. Specifications and. Provisions may be had by any. prospective bidder
on andhlication to the City Clera, at her office in ;he City Hall, Alameda, Cali-
fornia.
