THE CITY OF' ALAMEDA AND CONSENTING TO THE ANGE3aTION
THEREOF TO TEE CITY OF CIF:MILAND.
WHY.laMAS, the territory hereinafter speccally 1')' 30' has been Fronted
to the City of
0313 and.
WHEEEAS, said territory is presently sitnated within. the boundaries of
the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the development of said territory. by tho City of Oak:land and its
Eperd of Port Commissioners in the expansion anh improvement of Metropolitan Oak
land International Airport has been plannod, and to that end the annexation of said
territory to the City of Oaland. 1 desirable; and
WHEREAM, the written consent of at least twestnicdp (2/3) of tne free-
oldErs within the territory, holdlng at lsmast two-thirds (2/3) in value of the
real property in the territory has been received;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ilESOLseD 3Y LIE COLOJCiL, 1» iTY OF ALAMEDA
that said Council herein consents to the detachment of' the herein described. pro-
perty from tho territory of the City. of Alancda, as requdned by Section. 353) 4 of
the Government Code of the State of California.
Said territory hereinabove referred to is situated in the City of Ala-
meda, County of Alameda, State of California, and is that certain parcel of land
specifically described as follows:
