an Plans for repair of Portland Cement Concrete. Sidewalk, Driveway, Curb anti Gutter
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1957, which are numbered FW 5-56-6 and were
filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 15, 1956;

the aforesaid Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filen. as
aforesaid, be, an U the Fame are hereby approved. and adopted.
RESOLVIND, FURTHER, that the performance and completion of the work speci-
fied in saie Specifications and Provisions be, and the same is hereby, authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHEa, that thn Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 c? clock P. M. on Wednesday, June 6, 1956, for
the furnishing to the City of all Taber, materials and equipment necessary for re-
pairing and/or constructing Portland Cement Concrete sidewalk, driveway, curb and
gutter in the streets of the City cc Alamede . for the fiscal. year ending June 30,
1957, in accordance with sbid. Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented
to the City Clerk, in the City Hell, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and.
plainly marked on the outside. "Proposal for Repair of Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter",
or similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded sulwlect to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who sonmits the lowest and best
