filed in the office of the City Clerk on MAy 15, 1.956, be, and the same are
hpreby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, thAt the Co, ncil.. of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. Pi. on Wednesday, June 6, 1956, for
the furnithing to the City of said Depositors Forgery Bond, in accordance with.
said Specifications. Bien must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
AlAmeda, Californim, under sealed cover and plaGnly marked on the outside, "Pro-
posal for Depositors Forgery Bond", or similar designations
Contract, if awmrded, will be awarded. subject to the provisions of the
Churter of said City, to the respeneible biedder who submits the lowest and. best
