RESOIVED 0 THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 ALAMELA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one new Rotary Compressor,
125 cubic feet per minute capacity, Nb. ITE 5-56-10, filed in the office of the
City Clerk on. May. 15, 195O, be, and the samo are hereby approved and adopted.
RISOIVEIG FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alame1 a. will receive
sealed. bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock Pt MI on Wednesday, Jure 6, 1956, for
the furnishing to tho City of said Rotary Compressor, in ascordanoe with said.
Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in tho
City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed. cover and plolnly marked on the
outside, "Proposal for Rotary. Compressor", or similar dosignation.
Contract, if awarded, bill bo owordod subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Tho City Clerk is hbreby directed. to advertise, in the Alameda Times
Star, a notice calling for sealod bids, in accordbnce with the provisions 3 thit
resolution and of sold Specifications and. Provisions.
