ADOPTING. SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AUTOMOBILE AND TRUCK TIRES AND TUBES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR. ENDING JUNE 20, 1927, CALLING FOR 1 AND
DIRECTING CITY OLEER. TO ADVERTISE SAKE,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the 'Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City. of Alameda automobile and truok tires•
and tubes for t3 e. fiso al. year ending june 30, 1957, Nc. RC 5-56-19, filed in the
O ffice of the City Clerk on May' 22, 1956, be, and the same are hereby approved
and. adopted_
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M. on Wgdnesday, Juno 6, 1956, for
the furnishing to the City of said. automobile and truck tires and tubes for the
fiscal year ending June 21 '57, in accordance with. said. Specifications and Pro-
visions, Bide must be presented to the City Clerk, in tho City. Hall, Alamede,
California, under sealed. cover and plainly magked on the outside, "Proposal for
Automobile and Truck Tires and Tubes for Fiscal Year Ending June 3Cg 1957", or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded . subject to the provisions of the •
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the loweet and best
bid- The right im reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda. Times-
Stag,
1 notice calling for '2' 00 bids, in accordance with the provisions of thie
resolution end of said Specifications and frovieions.
