TRANSFERRING (.19,882.50 FROM TEE ALCOHOLaC BEVERAGE
CONTROL FUND TO THE GENERE• FUND,
WHEREAS, certain. moneys have been delivered. to and received by the City.
of Alameda from the State of California. and. deposited in the 01 10 Beverage
Control Fund. pursuant to the arovisiEns of the Alhoholic Beverage Control AEt
(Statutes of 1935, page 1123, az amendehT, and the provisions of Resolution No.
2212, adopted by three Connoil on December 7, 1937; and
WEEREMS, there has been expended. frhm the General Fund. of the City, solely
fer the purposes specified in said Act and in said ResoluElon, the sum of E1 N,882,50
in connection with. the operation and maintenance of the Police Department;
TREREPORE, SE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COAORCLE OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the sum of (05M882,50 be, and. the same is hereby transferred from the Alcoholic
Beveraga Control Fund to the General. Fund,
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized. aria directed to make
said transfer on their respective books,
