and Plans for installation of Water SV.tems for Both Municipal Golf Courses, numbered
31 S-56-11. and filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 6, 1956.1
NOW. r;31,.!Tol1., BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COST= GT' TEE GIS.,SY OF' AIAMET14, that
the aforesaid Specifications Special Provisions and Plans, numbered and filed as.
aforesaid, be, and th* same are hereby approved and adopted.
RRSOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance and completion of the work
specified in said Specificatiom and Provlsions be, and the same is hereby authorized.
RESOLYED, PURTSM, that the Council of the City of Alameda wilT receive
sealed 13 13 up to the hour of 8:06 o,clock. P. M. on Tuesdays June 19, 1956, for the
furnishing to the City. of all labor, materials, machinery, tools and. equipment
neoeasary for the work re 1('(' referred to, in accordance with said Specifi-
cations and Provioions, Bids mu2t be presented to the City Cler in the City. Hall,
in Alameda, 3 Californla, under sealed cover and. 11131 13 marked on. the outside,
"Proposal. for Tnstallation of Water Systems for 9oth Municipal Solf Courses",
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject. to the provisioms of the
Charter of the Cit7 of Alameda, to the responsible bidder who. submits the lowest
and beat bid. The rip;ht is reoerved to reject any or all bids.
Said. Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder
on. application to the City Engineer, at hjs offic,e in the City Hall, Alameda,
California.
