WHEBEAS tne City of Alameda is desirous of purchaaing from. the Public
Gousng Administration of the United States Government that ocrtain rea2. property
slytnated within the Oity of Alameda and known. as The Encinal Housing Project,
Cal4PGW; and
WHEBEAS, it will. r necessary to establish a special fund for the purpose
of accomplishing sald purchase, and for receipt of revenue therefrom includMng pro-
ceeds from: the dispwsitinn thereof, if necessary and. for the payment of expenses of
said Encinal. Howsing Project;
NOW TGERETORP, BE TT RESOLVED 177. THE GCB= UF TH7 CITY OF AIA=A that
there is hereby establinhed and. created a special trust fund, designated "Fncinal
Housing Project Fund" (Account 352) for the purpmses set out above; and
BE TT FURTHER RWSOL7),TO that the said fund so establiwhed shall be thb
exolwive anYi sole depository for funds tranwferred from. the Alambda Housing
Authority to aid in purchase of said. EnBilyal Housing Project, for fundo reoelved as
thw income and revenue of said. project, and for funGs received from. the disposition
or said project and hall be the sole source of funds for any and all expenditures
for the benefit of said. Enoinal Housing. Project.
