same are hereby anhToved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 7:36 olelock P. 11. on Tuesday, September 4_, 1996, for
the furnishing to the City of said supplies and equipmbnt for the fiscal year ending
Junn 30, 1957, 1n accordance with said 001001 and Provisions. Bids must
be presented to the City Clerk, in the City. Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed.
cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Athletic Suoplies and. Equirg
mbnt for Recreation Department for Fiscal. Year Emdlng June 30$ 1957," or similbr
designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awardad subject to thb provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and. best bid.
The right 18 reserved. to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hbrhby directed to admertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications and. Provisions.
