WHEREAS, the following described real. property situated. in the City. of
Alwmeda, County of Aliumwia, Stath of California, to-wit,
BEINH 1.581 acres of a totAl of 14-9! acres of land;
State Board. of EqwalizatIon Map 872. 64 F, Parcel 1N.,
has been assessed heretofore for City purposes for the fiscal. year 1956-1957, and
taxes levied on. said portion. of land. in. the S11111. of $17P.WW1 arn uncollected. and.
unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after. thr time sattd taxes or. assessments became a lien on said
real property, it was, by Deed recorded in the office of the County. Recorder of
Alameda County on June 2e, 1956, in Rbok 8074, Page 115, of Official Records,
(0 3i1 and over since Ode been. and now is owned by. the State of California, and

WHEREAS, the said State of California. has requested. the cancellation of.
