RESOLUTION NC. 5502
APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PENSION BOARD
RESOLVED By THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by
Ordinance No. 1085 New Series, of the City of Alaineda, MALCOLM MC GOWN be, and
he is hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension Board of the City
of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1957 and expiring December 31, 1959,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1956, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Haag, Hove, McCall, Moresi and President
Kranelly, (5).
