ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA PARKING METERS, CALLING FOR RIDS AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda parking meters, No. ms 3-57-7,
filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 5, 1957, be, and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 7:35 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 1957, for fur-
nishing to the City of said parking meters, in accordance with said Specifications
and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Park-
ing Meters", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder whc submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and of said Specifications and Provisions.

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 5th day of March, 1957, by the following vote, to wit:
