TRANSFERRING 1375.00 FROM CONTINGENT FUND (ACCOUNT
199.200) TO CITY ATTORNEY ACCOUNT 1111.423 (LAM BOOKS)
WHEREAS., on motion of the City Council made on November 7, 1956, the City
Attorney was authorized to sell certain law books to the law firm of Sutter and
Carter, Modesto, California, for the sum of 375.00; and
WITEREAS, upon payment of said sum of $375.00 the same was deposited in
the General Fund on November 6, 1956;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALARFDA that
the sum of $375.00 be, and the same ts hereby transferred from Contingent Fund
(Account 199.200) to City Attorney Account 114.L23 (Law Books) to pay for the pur-
chase of additional law books, which purchase was also authorized by said motion of
the City Council made on November 7, 1956,
The Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on
his books and records.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of March, 1957, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Haag, Hove, McCall, Moresi and
President Krenelly, (9).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
