AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RELATING TO A POLIO VACCINE PROGRAM AND PROVIDING
FOR PAYMENTS TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE
ADMINISTRATION AND OPERATION OE SUCH A PROGRAM
FROM FEBRUARY_5 1957 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1957
WHE?,EAS, a certain agreement has been proposed by and between the 13tate
of California and the City of Alameda relating to the administration and operation
of a polio vaccination program; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda is informed of the contents
of such agreement:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CE ALAMEDA that
the Maynr of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized to executo, for
and en behalf of the City of Alameda, a certain agreement with the State of Cali-
fornia relating to the administration and operation of a polio vaccination program,
providing for payments to the City cf Alameda for an amount not to exceed $1,976.00,
said program to be in operation during the period February 5, 1957 through and
June 30, 1957. The City Clerk of the City of Alameda is hereby directed
to attest to said agreement.
1, the underaiemed, hereby certify' that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introeuced and adented by the Council ot the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of March, 1957, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Haag, Hove, McCall, Meresi and
President Eranelly, (5),
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have horeunto set my hand and affixed the official
