ADOPTING. TERMS AND dONDITIOKS FOR SALE OF CERTAIN
CITY -OWNED PROPERTY TO THE HIGHEST COMPETITIVE
BIDDER AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
(FITCHBURG AVENUE)
WHEREAS, terms and conditions for the proposed sale of certain city-owned
read. property situated northerly of FitonOttak Avenue, betwren Maitland DrIvr and.
Beach Road, in the City of Alameda, are on filh in the office of thh City Clerk,
City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is inforghd of the contents of said terms and
conditions;
NON THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the aforesaid terms and. 354 036 as filed with. said City Clerk. are hereby approved-

sealed bibs up to the hoar of 935 o'clock p.m. on Tuhsday, April 2, 1957, for the

Gity Hall, Alameda, California, undhr sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Phrhhase of Fitchburg Avenue Property', or similar designatIen.
