RESOLVED ENg THE CCFNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATIIMEVA that the Specifications
and Provisions Filed in the office of the City- Clerk on May 7, 1B57, No. MS
for operating a refreshment concession in the restaurant and dining room located
in. the New Alameda. Mbrbcipal. Golf ClEb Lonna and at two refreshment stands situated
on the Parricipal Golf Course, in. the City of Alameda, California, be, and the same
are hereby spbroved and adapted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City- of' Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 7:35 oMilogk p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 1957, for the
privilage of speretdng said refreshment concession. and refreshment stands, in
accordance with said Specifications. Bids moat be presented to thb City Clerkk
in tha City Neil, in Alameda, Celiforrda, under sealed cover and plainly marked
on the outside "Propmsal for Operating Refreahment Concession at Alameda Municipal
Golf CcErsan or similar desigrstion
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had. by any prospective bidder
on avblication to the City Clerk, at her office in. Y Nall, Alanada,
CslifosmVa.
Contract, if sweated, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who
submits thb highest and best bid. The right is rese1 ved. to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed. to adwartSse, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling( for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Previsions.
