RESOMPED BY PPE COMPREHL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (I) Theodolite, No.
5-87-6, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 7, 1987, be, and the
same are hereby approved. and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council cf the City of Alameda. will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 7:35 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, 'May 21, 1957, for
furnishing to the City of said Theodolite, in accordance eith said Sperifiantions
and Provisions. dies must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the. outside, "Pro-
posal for Thdoeolite or simildr designation.
Con:tract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of' the
Chapter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is
r to reject any or ell bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda 11
1, a notice calling for sealed. bids, in accordance with the provisions of
this resolation and af said Specificationa and Provisions.
