WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared Speccations, Special Provi-
sions and Plans for construction of eh interceptor sewer located. in thw vicinity
of the northern edgo of the Estusry Housing Project, numbered PW 5-57-12 and
filed in. the office of the City Clerk on May 7, 1957;
NOW, TFERETWR1, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OE THE CITY ap ALAKEDA
that the afereogid. Specifications, Special Provisions and. flans, numbered and
filed as aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance and completion of the work
spbcifiwd. in said Specifications and Provisions be, and the sane is hwheby
authohazed.
REPOLVIG, FURTHER, that the Council. of the City of' Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 7.55 o'clock.. p.m. on Twee.day, May 21, 1952, for
furnishing to the City' of all. labor, materials, machinwry, tools and equipnent
necessary her the work hereinabove referred to, in accordanwe with said Specifi-
