OF MEMORANHNOW OF AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIF'O'RNIA
FOR EXPENDITURE OB ENGINEERING AIiLOOATION FOR CITY
STREETS (SEC. 21107.5 STREETS AND ITIGH.7 CODE).
EBEVS, the State of California has submitted s Memorandum. cf Agreement
in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City of Alameda for expendi-
ture or the engineering allocation to cities for the fiscal year 19E7-1956; and
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said Agreement should be
entered into and this Council i3 familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE If RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY- OF ALAMEDA that
said project statement be, and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed
expenditures of the erv;4ineering allocation to cities, and that said Memorandum. of
Areement he, and the same is hereby approved, and that the Mayor or the City of
Alameda be, and he ib hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement an
behalf cf the City of Alameda end the City Clerk ledauthorized to attest the same,
said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its executihrn by 'Cite authorized
officials of the State of California.
