RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
REQUESTING PAY= BY THE FISCAL AGENT OF THE AMOUNT
HELD IN THE OFF-STREET PARNING SURPLUS REVENUE FUND
TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ALTEDA.
10T1EREAS, pursuant to Article 14 Section 5..C.:8 (6! of Resolution No. 5312,
authorizing the issuance of City of Alameda C,0'-S-o ct Parking Revenue Bonds, the
Clty's Fiscal Arent, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, has
accumulated the tmount of $17,5)1.79 in the Surplus Revenue Fund; and
V:THEREAS, said resolution provides that the City Council may, by resolu-
tion, request the Fiscal Agent to transfer to the General Fund of the City, to be
used for any lawful purposes, any or all moneys in the Surplus Revenue Fund;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Fiscal Agent be and is hereby requested to pay Over from the Surplua Revenue
Fund to the General Fund of the City of Alameda, tc ba used for any lawful pur-
poses, the amount of :!:17,1531.79.

in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day oi June, 1957, by the following
