RESOLUTION 0 THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
AUTHORIZING SALE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY
(ENCINAL HOUSING PROJECT)
LEAS, it is deemed by the Council of the City of Alameda to be in the
public interest and necessity that certain Citcwned real property, to-wit:
Encinal Housing Project, ho offered for sale, and sold; and
WHEREAS, certain terms and conditions of sale have been presented to the
said Council 2nd said conditions are hereby approved;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 5Y, THE COUNCIL OE TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
that certain City-cwhed real property known as ENOINAL HOUSING PROJECT be offered
for Sale to the highest bidder upon the terms and conditions referred to above,
or reasonable variations thereof, and that the City Clark of the City of Alameda
be directed to advertise same.
