WHEREAS, the Building insrector of the*City of Alameda has given. nbtice

given by the Building Inspector, tbe Health Inspector, end other competent persons,

Pity of Alameda finds that the dwelling and building heroin described. in tbe City
of Alaryda is in violation of Section 10-526 of the Alaneds. Municipal Code and is
hereby byclarod to be a pubilc nuisance; and
