RESOLVED PT THE COUNCIL OF THE C OP ALAMEDA that pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article X of the ChtEter of the City of Aaamsda, and upon, nomination of
the Mayor, PHYLLIS MC COSKEY is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Social Service Board of the City of Mwaneds, for a term expiring June 30, 1959,
to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. Ruth Mathebat, deceased, and to serve until her
successor is appointed and is qualified-
