NOV THEREFORE:, aE IT FEEOLEED.BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
B. D. Weller, City Manager, shall be and is hereby authorized. as tne representative
of said. City to sign for and accept surplus Federal property in accordPnce with the
conditions imposed by the above agencies.
BE IT FTEETNER RESOLVED that the Clerk of thls Ccuncil is hereby autho
ized and directed. to send tpc (2) certified. copies of thls Resolution to the Cali-
fornia Disa3ter Office, for filing with. sald. Disaster Office and. wiihd the State
Department of Education.
BE IT PUREBEE'. FEECIGIED that this Resolution of autnorization shall remain
in full. force end. efrect until emended, supersednd, or rescinded Yy resulutioe of
this Council transmitted, in duplicate, to the California Disaster Office.
