RESOLUTION ffITHDRANING CERTAIN PROTOSALS
WHEREAS, the retitionrs who have heretofore filed a petition
requesting the City Council to submit to the voters at the Municipal Election
to be held lierch 10, 1931, a proposal to amend Section 4 of Ordinance No 276,
N.S., known es the Pension Ordinance, desire to withdrew said petition and
their names therefrom, and hove so stated their request in writing; and
3H13REAS, tha City Council proposed an emeddment to Section 3 (a)
of said Pension Ordinance, and alsodosires same to to withdraun from submis.;
sion to the voters at said election, ond good a1130 appearing therefor,
33 17 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Alameda, that the
-orop'osals to amend Section 3 (a) and Section 4 of Ordinance No. 276, N. U.,
known as the Pension Ordinance, be withdrawn from submission to the voters at
the Municipal Election to be held March 10, 1931.
I, the undercigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly end regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 13th day of February, 1931,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen 73rodersen, CuIcutt and President Sahaefer, (3).
NOES: None.
