trunsferred from the Electric Li Fund to the General dm.d., ao e dividend, same being
the amount of the City- lighting' bill Tor the month ending. September *O. 1932.
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized und directed. to make the necessary
transfers on their respective bo5ks.
