BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Cit7 of Alameda as follows:

awecute and tile an aplplication, on behalf uf the CIty 21 Alameda, to the United
Otates of Aueriea, fhr a loan and grant to hoic1 in financing the oonstruction of an
aquatic Park and yacht harbor in tho City of Alameda.
Section T.ro, That W. J. Locke, c1ity Attorney, George E. Sporbeck, City
Engineer, and Fr5d J. Crall, City Auditor, be, and they are horeby authorized and
directed to furnish scch inforuation as the Dnited States of America, thruuch the-
Federal Inlerency Administration of Public Works, may reasonably request in con-
nection with the application which is herein authorized to he filed.
