badly burned. whilw figtting a fire OD. the wharf at the Alameda Naval. Mir Station
as to be a total loss Nadu:: the Citylo insurance pelAcy Not FAN lIOPS, issued by
Pacific indemnity Ops4uny; the total amount of coverogp under said policy of imw
surf:Luce being 1)2,0004 and
WHEREAS; Pacific Indemnity. (Company has agreed to a settle:merit waereby
said sem:daffy will pay' to the City- the face value of said policy and. the salvage
will be retained by the City;
NOW, IDBRNFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7EE COERCED OF TEN DINT OF AIAIINTIA
that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized a1l d. directed. to expeute
Prodf of Loss covering the Oity)s claim undur Puciflic Indwmmlty Company policy'
ND. FAD 17868, and upon recmipt of payment to expcute a Release of' claim. in
pursuabDe of the settlement hereinabove set forth.
