RESOLUTION NO. 3158
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
1/4 CENT CAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Deportment of Public
Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum of agreement in accord.-
ance with a project statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the 1/4
cent gas tax for the 1945-1947 biennium allocated for State highways In ttie
City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that said. agreement for expenditure cf the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for
State highways be and the same is hereby, approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.

in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of June, 1945, by the following vote,
