CONTROL KIND TA, THE GENERAL UND OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA
WHERDAS, certain. moneys have been delivered to and received by the
City of Alameda from the State of California and deposited. in the Alcoholic
Beverage Control hhnd, pursuant to the. provisnons of the Alcoholic Beverage
Control. Act (Statutes of 1935, page 1123, as amended) and the provisions of
Resolution hr. 2212, adopted by 1)66) '01 (11 on. December 7, 1937; and
WHEREAS, there has been expended from the General. Fund of the City,
solely for the purposes specified in said Act and in said Resolution, the
sum of S19,569.38 in connection with the dperation and muintenance of the:
Police Department, and 1, the Police Court;

Alcoholic Leverage Control Fund to the General hand of the City of hiameda.
