and the same are hereby approved and adhpted.
. RESOLVED, FURTHER, th.at the performance and completion of the work speci-
fied in said 0067 7110076 and Provisions be, and the same is hereby, authorized,
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will. receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 11100 a, m. on THURSDAY, JUNE 2, 1360 for the fumnish-
ing to the City of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for resurfacing and
repairing asphalt and bituminous pavement in tRe streets of thE City of AlEmeda for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1W61„ in accordance with said Specifications and Pro-
visions, Bids mast be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alamedn,
California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,"Proposel for Mohair
of Asphalt and Bituminous Pavement", or similar designation.
Contract, if amarded, will be obarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The rip;ht is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder on
application to the City Engineer, at hls office in the City Hall, Alameda, California,
