RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
CONFIRM1N9 STA,TEKENT OF EXPENSE RE ABATEMENT OF
STRUCTURE AT 422 TAYLOR AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the matter of confirmation of a statement of expense relating to
the razing and removal of a structure located at 422 Taylor Avenue, in the City of
Alameda, as authorized by Resolution No. 60112, carne on regularly for hearing on
June 21, 1960; and
WHEREAS, evidence was presented to the Council relating to the aforesaid
statement of expense pursuant to Section 17629 of the Health and Safety Coda of the
State of California and the Alameda Municipal Code; end
WHEREAS, the evidence presented has been fully considered by the Council;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
it is hereby found as a fact based upon the evidence submitted et said hearing that
the true and correct statement of expense of the razing and removing of that certain
structure located et 1422 Taylor Avenue, in the City of Alameda, is in the amount of
$564.42; that said statement of expense is hereby confirmed in the amount of 0564.42
pursuant to Section 17629 of the Health and Safety Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event such amount be rat paid to the
City of Alameda within a five-day peribd after the effective date of this resolution
the Building Inspector of the City of Alameda shall cause to be filed in the office
of the County Recorder the Notice cf Lien provided for in Section 17629 of the
Health and Safety Code.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 21st day of June, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (9).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Nona,
