RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMLi
DECLARING PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY' REQUIRE THE
ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR RIGHT-OF-WA! PURPOSES,
INCLUDING STREET AND HIGHWAY, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM
SEWER PURPOSES (TUCKER—TILDEN WAY)
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAMEDA, end the said council hereby
find and detcralines that the public interest and necennity require the acquisition. by
said City of Almeda for upe hy said City for rightycf-pay purposes, includinl public
atreet and highway, sanitary and. 5torm sewer purposeo, that certain lot, piece or parcel
of land situate, lying and being in said City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
Californis, and more particularly described as (0
BEGINNING ot the intersection of the northwesterly line of Everett
Street, 60.00 feet wide, with the southwesterly line of the parcel of
land descrfbed in the deed from Henry Zilke, et ux,, to Mack Tucker, et
ux., dated FebruAry 6, 1947, recorded Fehruury 1947. at nage 139 in
Book 5092 of Official. Records of Alameda County;
THENCE North 55° 5], 43" West 24.5 feet (based on the California
Coordinate System, Zone III, a5 are all bear card distances in this
description);
THENCE North 80° 58, 00" Eat 34.21 feet to said northwesterly line
of Everett Street;
THENCE along last sold line South 34° 23' 15" West 23.4.1 feet to

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the City Attorney be and he is hereby, authorized
to commence condemnation proceedings in eminent domain for the acquisitien of naid
lot, piece or parcel of land, and that the Mayor be, and he As hereby, authorized, foT
and on behalf of said City and its City Council, to subscribe to any and 1111 necensory
papers, documents and pleadings for the condemnation of said lot, piece or parcel of
land for the purposes set o above.
