RESOLUTION APPOINTING SPECIAL BOND COUNSEL TO PREPARE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ACREET-IENT
(ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 65-1).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California,
that STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANDERSON, Attorneys at Law, be, and they are hereby appointed
Special Bond Counsel to supervise all proceedings and to prepare all resolutions, notices and other
papers and proceedings for any work and improvement that may be hereinafter authorized by the City
Council of the City of Alameda, Alameda County, California, for the construction of street improve-
nents by special assessment proceedings in Assessment District No. 65-1, City of Alameda, Alameda
County, California; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the said STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS &
ANDERSON be made as provided in the attached agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk of the
City of Alameda be, and they are hereby authorized to sign and attest the attached agreement,
employing the said STURGIS, DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANDERSON as Special Bond Counsel, for and on
behalf of the City of Alameda.
