RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5014, RELATING TO RESERVATION OF
LANDS FORSTATE HIGHWAY PURFOSES,
BE Fr RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Resolution No, 5014, adopted
December 7, 14954, which set aside and reserved certain lands for highway purposes, as designated on
State Division of San Francisco Bay TolJ Crossings Drawing No. 0 -2012-39 entitled, 'Southern Cross-
ing, Alameda Approach, Right of Way Acquisition. Sta, 1157 to Eta, 267,' is hereby rescinded.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoitmg Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
2Ist day of December, 1965, by the following vote, 1) 1,
AYES: Councilmen. Bartley, La Croix, Jr,, Rose and President Go( frey, (4),
