API-'80V 31. AND ADOPTIPE PRE TENTATIVE BUDOET OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA FOR YE FISCAL PEAR 1966-1967.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this COUneil a tentative budget repre-
senting a financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the fiscal year 1966-
1967, said budget being entitled, "Recommended Budget -- City of Alameda -- California -- 1966-1967,"
and being filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda 8S of June 8, 1966; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda 31 fully examined said tentative budget. and
hereby finds that said tentative financial plan, as amended, As in the best interests of the City
of Alameda;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED HY TNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council
hereby 4d1 pts and approves said amended tentative budget in the amount. of $ 5,59,645.00 , subject
to final approval in September, 1966, as required by Section 17-1, of the Charter of the City of
Alameda.
BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City of Alameda and the Auditor of
said City are hereby authorized and directed to follow the precepts of the said tentative budget
in the Interim period prior to adoption and approval of the final budget for the fiscal year 1966-
1967 by this Connell in September, 1966.
